Alok is an adept accounting and finance professional with three decades of commercial experience in driving financial operations, financial planning and analysis, treasury, corporate affairs, tax, investment management and asset management across diverse sectors (Airlines, Construction, Facility Management, Financial Services, Hotels, Hospitality, Light Manufacturing, Logistics, Real Estate, Retail, and Media) and in international markets. He has demonstrated the ability to lead teams and functions and collaborate across stakeholders for optimal results in both multinationals, financial services and fast paced entrepreneurial business houses, with equal ease.

As an adaptive and quick learner, Alok thrives on navigating intricate financial landscapes, breathing new life into businesses, and crafting innovative solutions to drive organizational success. His forte lies in fostering robust partnerships with stakeholders, leading high-performance teams from diverse backgrounds, and implementing innovative technology and best practices to ensure unparalleled excellence. In the past, Alok has sourced, negotiated, and structured bilateral, club and syndicated funding arrangements with various lenders in GCC/London/ Europe/US and Asia for acquisitions and general corporate uses, while at the family office.

Alok is a Fellow member of Chartered Accountants of India, a Member of Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment, UK and a Fellow member of Certified Practising Accountants, Australia. Beyond the confines of the boardroom, Alok cherishes spending quality time with his family, exploring new destinations through travel, indulging in his passion for art collection, and finding joy in the camaraderie of cricket. He is an active blood donor at Red Cross Melbourne and management committee member for the year 2024-25 of Melbourne  Chapter of ICAI.
